Welcome to the WYK Maths Team platform ("the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

1. Account Usage and Eligibility

• 1.1 Eligibility: The Platform is intended exclusively for students and staff of Wah Yan College, Kowloon (WYK).
• 1.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• 1.3 Strict Prohibition on Account Sharing: Sharing, lending, or transferring your account to any individual outside the authorized institution is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access or cross-school account borrowing will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.

2. Virtual Token System (The "Token Economy")

• 2.1 No Real-World Value: The virtual tokens ("Tokens") distributed within the Platform are intended solely for gamification and educational engagement. They hold NO real-world monetary value, commercial value, or cash equivalent.
• 2.2 Prohibition of Real-Money Trading: You are strictly prohibited from buying, selling, trading, or exchanging Tokens for real currency, goods, or services. Any attempt to link the virtual economy to real-world financial transactions will result in immediate account termination and potential disciplinary action by the school administration.
• 2.3 No Gambling: Features involving "stakes" or "bets" (such as PK matches) are strictly for internal skill-based competition. They do not constitute gambling.
• 2.4 System Modifications: The Platform administrators reserve the right to adjust Token balances, tax rates, or economic rules at any time without prior notice to maintain system health.

3. User Content and Conduct

• 3.1 Platform Abuse: You agree not to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or intentionally disrupt the Platform's infrastructure (including but not limited to DoS attacks, exploiting APIs, or bypassing rate limits).
• 3.2 Academic Integrity: Any automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized AI tools used to farm Tokens or solve problems without genuine effort are strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." The developers and administrators of the WYK Maths Team make no warranties regarding uptime, data retention, or the accuracy of AI-generated grading. We are not liable for any data loss, server downtime, or perceived "academic setbacks" resulting from the use of this Platform.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the school, or the Platform itself.

6. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

• 2.1 無現實價值：本平台發行的虛擬代幣（以下簡稱「代幣」）僅用於遊戲化和教育參與。它們不具備任何現實世界的貨幣價值、商業價值或現金等價物。
• 2.2 禁止現實金錢交易：嚴格禁止您購買、出售、交易或將代幣兌換為真實貨幣、商品或服務。任何試圖將虛擬經濟與現實金融交易掛鉤的行為，將導致帳戶被立即終止，並可能面臨校方的紀律處分。
• 2.3 禁止賭博：涉及「押注」或「賭注」的功能（如 PK 對戰）純屬內部基於技能的競賽，不構成賭博。
• 2.4 系統修改：平台管理員保留隨時調整代幣餘額、稅率或經濟規則的權利，以維護系統健康，恕不另行通知。

3. 用戶內容與行為

• 3.1 平台濫用：您同意不利用、駭客攻擊、逆向工程或故意破壞平台的基礎設施（包括但不限於 DoS 攻擊、利用 API 漏洞或繞過速率限制）。
• 3.2 學術誠信：嚴格禁止使用任何自動化腳本、機器人或未經授權的 AI 工具來刷取代幣或非出於真實努力解題。

4. 責任限制

本平台按「現狀」和「現有」提供。WYK 數學隊的開發者和管理員不對正常運行時間、數據保留或 AI 生成評分的準確性作任何保證。我們不對因使用本平台而導致的任何數據丟失、伺服器停機或感知到的「學業挫折」負責。

5. 終止

我們保留自行決定暫停或終止您訪問本平台的權利，恕不另行通知，前提是我們認為您的行為違反了這些條款，或對其他用戶、學校或平台本身有害。

6. 修訂

我們可能會不時更新這些條款。您繼續使用本平台即表示接受任何修改後的條款。
